well, i guess today about sums up some internal problems that i face.
1. female officer who left and asked to come back with promises of improving attendance and performance failed very badly and was terminated today, i served her the letter
2. another female officer who i post out of my sector has now been reassigned back to me, warned her about her performance and attendance, chances have been given, one more strike and there'll be a second termination letter for me to serve
3. internal problem, vendetta from a DY resulted in questions asked indirectly about my sector.. with enough problems dealing with clients and internal parties from other BUs, the last thing we need is one of us pulling our leg from our backs, its the internal enemies that pisses me off indeed
